  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (75g) freeze-dried raspberries
  • 10 marshmallows, cut into halves (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and stir well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and freeze-dried raspberries.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. If desired, arrange the marshmallow halves on top of the batter.
